4.2 Directors or Delegate’s Disqualification to Serve

a. In addition to the qualifications set out in the Trust Agreement and Board Policies, a person may not serve as a Delegate or Director if he or she serves on the governing board of another entity that provides benefits similar to those provided by the Trust.

b. In addition to the qualifications set out in the Trust Agreement, a charter school must engage in collective bargaining in order for its participants to hold any Board or Assembly of Delegates position or have voting rights at the committee level.
