The Affordable Care Act

In March of 2010 the House passed a health care reform bill which has been at the forefront of the minds of employers across the nation, not the least of which school districts.  The High Desert & Inland Employee – Employer Trust has been discussing this bill and its implications for the past five years and has been consistently updated on the ever-changing regulations in the bill.

The Trust has partnered with its manager and administrator, HUB International Insurance Services Inc, to work with each participating district individually towards compliance with the new law.  HUB International has a wealth of resources to help school districts comply with the ACA.
