4.2 Directors or Delegate’s Disqualification to Serve

POLICY STATEMENT

In addition to the qualifications set out in the Trust Agreement and Board Policies, a person may not serve as a Delegate or Director if he or she serves on the governing board of another entity that provides benefits similar to those provided by the Trust.
